The Little Mermaid a Flop

Yes we see it again, another Disney movie brought onto Broadway. Only this time, watching the movie at home could provide better entertainment than going to see Arielle "in person" on Broadway. Sometimes you just got to let some swim with the fishes.

  1. It almost makes you think that they are running out of ideas for plays to put on. But that's actually not true. Really, they just want something that will draw a crowd. I remember seeing Ariel on the big screen as a kid. Ursula freaked me out. The actual story of The Little Mermaid is really really dark. She's tortured and dies at the end of the story. Maybe they should have shown that version. Heh.
